you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number and your
Personal Identification Number (PIN) to check your account
balances, transfer money between accounts, find out when your last
payroll deduction was posted, make withdrawals, make additional
loan payments, and much, much more. And its FREE!

To Use Audio Teller:
Steps:
- Call 866-790-4553. Press: 1 for English or 2 for Spanish;
- Your will be asked to enter your member number, then the
pound sign (#);
- Your will be asked to enter your confidential password, then
the pound sign (#);
NOTE: Initially, your password will be the primary members
Social Security number. You will be told that your password has
expired and prompted to enter a new password).
Now just follow the easy instructions telling the computer what
you want by pressing the appropriate numbers.
